Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is an opportunity to change the ways you relate to yourself and the world around you. I think of the work we do together as having two levels of change. On the first level, we work to establish coping skills, manage difficult emotions, and bring stability to any crises happening in your life. On the second level, we work to increase insight into the patterns of internal beliefs and processes affecting your life. This may include work to resolve difficult experiences from your past or changing the ways you relate to those challenging parts of yourself that just seem to make things harder in the long run.
